Delicate silver filled chain. Links are "krinkle" style, also known as "peanut" links. This lightweight chain is suitable for use with lightweight pendants, or smaller beads and pearls 4mm or less in diameter. We recommend 3mm jump rings for linking to the small links. Recommended clasp: use a 5mm silver filled ring clasp and fasten it to a silver filled chain tag, or a 5mm split ring.
Quality: 1/10 Silver-filled, which means that the outer 10% of each item is .925 silver. These items have a brass core. The silver is mechanically bonded to the brass. The result is much thicker than silver plating. This process make the findings much less expensive than solid sterling silver, and the difference in quality is impossible to see with the naked eye. Hooks are stamped .925 SF.
Measurements: Each link measures 3.5x1.5mm and is 30 gauge thick.
